The primary objective of an Energy & Environment Conservation Awareness program is to educate students about the importance of reducing energy consumption by promoting efficient energy & renewable energy usage practices, thereby minimizing waste and lowering environmental impact, while also potentially saving money on energy bills; this is typically achieved through information dissemination, workshops, campaigns, and other outreach initiatives aimed at individuals, communities, and businesses.

As part of this, KDP-Energy Club has organized one day “Energy & Environment Conservation Awareness Program” for Diploma Students (Computer branch) under the KDP Energy Club on 05th January 2026 at K. D. Polytechnic Patan. The program was sponsored by GEDA and KDP-Energy Club.

Shri D. K. Raval, Head of Dept., Mechanical Engineering Dept, K. D. Polytechnic Patan was initiated the program.

The workshop was attended by 60 + diploma Mechanical and Civil students.
